Most components of your courses will function in the app or a mobile browser, but some might not, depending on the content of the particular course. At times you might need to use a computer with an up-to-date version of Firefox or Chrome to complete tasks.
If you are not able to view videos, the course list or see an error message, here are some things which often help:
- Log out from your account in the app from the menu, then log back in.
- restart your device.
- Uninstall then reinstall the app.
