To complete assignments and view the majority of our course content, you’d an active internet connection. 

Many courses do offer downloadable videos and transcripts which you can view offline. In the lower left corner of the video window, in a course and there you will find the download options, if they are available. 

Also, our edX mobile apps available through the Google Play Store or Apple Appstore can download videos for offline viewing.
